Salt and Pepper Tofu
Ingredients:
400g regular tofu (freeze, thaw and press for 2-3 time)
*Salt and Pepper Mix:
1 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp five spice powder

1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup cornstarch
*sprinkle of salt and pepper mix
2 tbsp almond milk
Air Fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway

Other Ingredients:
2-3 pcs bellpeppers
1 white onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
red chilies (optional)
spring onion for garnish

Lemon Garlic Tofu
Ingredients:
400g regular tofu (freeze, thaw and press for 2-3 times)
Coating and Marinade:
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp almond milk
pinch of lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
Air Fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway

Lemon Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp coconut sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch

garnish with fried garlic and spring onion.

Tofu Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
400g tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup sweet potato powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup almond milk
additional sweet potato powder for coating
salt to taste
airfry at 200° C for 18-20 minutes (flip halfway)
