GUIDED MEDITATION: THE IDENTITY SHIFT MEDITATION (111HZ Cellular Healing & 777HZ Deep Relaxation)

I am so proud of how this mindblowing meditation turned out. This is the 38th meditation on the Reality Revolution and at the moment of this writing, it is my all-time favorite. The music is so powerful and transcendental, it starts out with 777hz during the beginning when I explain the teaching behind the meditation. At 9 minutes and 44 seconds ( 9:44 ) the meditation begins and we layered on a second track at 111hz which is a divine frequency that was used in ancient times for deep meditation.

These are the holy and angelic frequencies, it will produce endorphins, release pain and elevate your mood right away. My timing came out perfect and the sound quality is studio quality. The sound alone will expand your consciousness to an entirely different density and reality.

The intention of this meditation is to go the very core and shift your identity. This may be the secret to flowing into the space of variances and creating and composing any long term reality that you want.

There are plenty of hard-science indicators that an identity shift causes a reality shift, but here is just one of the more extreme examples: In researching multiple personality disorder it has been proven again and again that extreme changes can occur when someone shifts identity. In clinical studies of MPD people have been witnessed to lose 20 pounds within a few days, facial scars suddenly disappeared completely as if they had never been there (or returned when they shifted back), peoples voices, memories and looks transformed within minutes, and so on. But an identity shift does not only change the body, it changes the whole “body of experience”, as science will someday have the courage to admit. Since the outside world is not separate from consciousness, changing the self equals changing the outside world.

The beginning of this meditation I use the Neti Neti technique to breakdown your understanding of who you are, and then this gives you the ability to build your identity however you want it. This is truly powerful and will change your life.

Neti Neti (नेति नेति) is a Sanskrit expression which means "not this, not that", or "neither this, nor that" (neti is sandhi from na iti "not so"). It is found in the Upanishads and the Avadhuta Gita and constitutes an analytical meditation helping a person to understand the nature of reality and self. After doing this you create your identity into anything you want and at the end I include a plait energy activation to flow into your new identity.
