Описание: A gothic looking church with additions over the centuries. First rector recorded in 1297--the Carew family have had quite a presence over the centuries as well as depicted by their own aisle built in 1655. Some traces of medieval stain glass but most of the church was ravaged by Cromwell who defaced much of the church---the spire top can be found in the churchyard having been struck by lightning in 1724 when the congregation were present outside--good job because the spire crashed inside the church---a great little church with many interesting features in abundance.
