In this video, we take you inside the full guitar neck building process using our string tension simulating neck jig — essentially an analog PLEK machine. You’ll see how we shape, fret, and level a neck under simulated string tension for unmatched playability and precision.
Once the neck is complete, we head to Straight Frets to put it on the PLEK machine for a scan and see if our old-school craftsmanship can rival modern CNC technology.
