Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to spend approximately four hours in the city, where he will meet with the families of the deceased and visit patients currently receiving treatment at Bombay Hospital. According to reporter Ravishpal Singh, 'He will land at around 11 am at Indore airport and he will directly go to Bombay hospital where he will meet the people who are admitted'. The visit includes a trip to Bhagirapura, the epicenter of the crisis, followed by a press conference to address the ground reality. Additionally, the Congress party suggests Gandhi may participate in a state-wide fast organized by the All India Congress Committee in memory of the victims. The programme examines the political implications of this visit as the opposition seeks to highlight the administrative failures that led to the collapse of public health safety in the region.
