You can do so by setting the caption style in the caption preference settings to custom. By choosing this style, you can customize some settings for the caption, as the example, you can change the font family, text color, text opacity, edge type, and else. As a note, if you have set to enable the caption, this settings will be applied to live caption and other apps that support the caption preferences.
