Who is it in your life that you would label “Mr. or Mrs. Encourager”? What difference has it made to you to have a champion?
Pastor Mark mentioned all different kinds of people who are suffering right now. The unemployed, isolated, those with marriages in crisis, challenges with kids, victims of domestic violence...who do you notice and what opportunity do you have to speak to them words of comfort in their time of pain or loss? Consider taking a socially distanced prayer walk in your local area, praying for local businesses and your local community.
What are the creative ways that you have found community during this season despite the obvious challenges? How has the invitation into community been an encouragement to you? To whom could you extend an invitation this week?
