Customers love it when you appreciate them and a good loyalty program is a great way to get them coming back in your door.

Once you set up and activate your Loyalty program, it’s easy to start enrolling your customers. Here’s how:

After the receipt screen on each sale, customers arrive at the Loyalty enrollment screen. Note: the loyalty enrollment screen only appears if the customer meets the minimum purchase amount you have set.

To opt-in and start earning points, your customer must enter their 10-digit phone number. This phone number connects to their Loyalty account.

Next, customers receive a text notification with a link to their loyalty status page where they can view their progress, earned rewards, linked cards, and more. Customers receive occasional text updates about their loyalty status and available rewards. They can unsubscribe at any time.

Because your customer’s loyalty account number is linked to their phone number, they can use any card, or pay by check, gift card, or cash, and still earn Loyalty rewards points by using the same phone number to claim their points after each purchase.
