I AM NOT AN ACCOUNTANT! YOU SHOULD 100% FIND A QUALITY CPA (certified public accountant) THAT YOU CAN WORK WITH!

Depending on the state you are in and the type of business you have, the information you need to provide your accountant may vary. This is just me explaining what I give to my accountant and how I organize everything.
