This is how we cleaned the hard water stains
off of the shower trim fixtures.

1. Mix two to one of vinegar and baking soda
2. Put the solution in a zip lock bag
3. Soak the fixtures in this solution
4. remove after 15 minutes and wipe clean
5. Use a nylon brush to lightly scrub certain areas as needed
