Описание: In this video we’re going to look at ‘Weather compensation’ systems in domestic heating systems. Weather compensation controllers are a great way of reducing energy usage and temperature fluctuations.

Conventional heating controls that don’t include a weather compensation system, simply use an indoor room thermostat which measures the temperature inside your home, and signals to the boiler to fire up the central heating once the temperature drops below the level that you’ve set.

Weather compensation uses outdoor sensors or global weather data, to influence your heating schedules, and send signals to the boiler about the temperature outside. The boiler (and heating system) can then respond accordingly and increase or decrease the flow temperature to the radiators to compensate for this, keeping the temperature in your home more consistent - and more accurate to what's going on outside!
