Case in point: Dolmen City REIT has generated an impressive annualized return of 22% since its inception in 2015, according to Muhammad Ejaz, CEO of Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited.
And REITs are just getting started in Pakistan. In a conversation with Nukta Presenter Shuja Qureshi, Ejaz revealed that the company is preparing to launch a new REIT within the next few months.
