Описание: Well Peeps! Little Miss Chiqui is back with her owners, ready for her new start. She is now equipped with an unbelievable obedience foundation built on respect, impulse control, and a calmer state of mind.

Chiqui came to us completely tuned out from her human, inordinately disrespectful on all fronts, overly aroused with an inability to calm down, and was starting to show some unsavory fear-based reactivity towards anything unfamiliar—non-stop barking on all fronts!

We talked about how she will continue to need further shaping until she is completely trustworthy around all of her former triggers back at home. The key to all of this is in patterning the behavior we want her to display, being mindful of how we may unintentionally be rewarding, and holding her accountable for any unsavory shenanigans she was privy to in the past.

We discussed how micromanaging all of her choices until they become habitual and second nature is the goal for the next few of months until she starts defaulting into making good choices all on her own. At no point should she be allowed to make her own decisions quite yet. Too much freedom at this stage of her development could spell disaster!

Chiqui is well on her way to having that amazing bond all of us dog owners crave with our pets! I am so thrilled for her owners to experience the everywhere dogs they’ve always wanted, and the true nature of these sweet sweet girls when they have a calmer, more balanced state of mind!
