TODAY'S RECIPE IS Strawberry Mousse Cake | No Bake Strawberry Mousse Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry mousse cake
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Milk 1 litre
Mix well
Sugar 1/2 cup
Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
Keep stirring medium flame
Cook until boil
White chocolate 1/2 cup
Melt the chocolate
Strawberry puree 1 cup
Strawberry essence 1 tsp
Cook for 5 mins
6 inch greased mould
Keep it in the fridge for 8 hours or over night
Cut with hot knife
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
