Today I am sharing tasty peanut burfi recipefor vrat/fast.
It is very simple and easy method

Ingredients:
. 3 cup roasted,peeled peanut powder
. 1 cup sugar
(As per taste)
. 1/2 cup water
(exactly half to sugar quantity)
. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
. little ghee
(to grease plate)
Method:
. Grease plate with little ghee
and keep aside
. Heat a pan and add sugar and water
and mix it continuously on medium
flame.
. Prepare sugar syrup with dewdrop
consistency.
(little thicker than 1 string)
. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
. Turn flame low and add peanut
powder. and mix well.
. Mixture will thicken,transfer this
mixture immediately in greased plate.
. Quickly spread this mixture in plate.
. Make upper surface even with the
help of flat bottom bowl grased with
ghee.
. Allow to little warm this mixture.
. Cut it in pieces till it is warm.
. Allow to cool and separate all pieces
gently.
. Peanut burfi is ready.
. Store it in dry airtight container
for 7-8 days.
