Bayan Chairperson Teddy Casiño slams Manila Police District spokesperson PMaj. Philipp Ines for supposedly lying after the latter said he had no information from the Manila LGU regarding the Baha sa Luneta 2.0 rally.
According to Casiño, Bayan did coordinate with the MPD regarding the rally. Meanwhile, the Manila LGU said it had no objections to the rally, adding that it will provide assistance to the mass action. It also advised the organizers to coordinate with the MMDA.
