Whisperin' & Ramblin' by the Fire for ASMR , Relaxation & Sleep

Описание: Just a casual whispering and rambling video by the fire to help you relax, sleep and of induce ASMR. I try not to talk about anything too deep or interesting so as not to keep your mind awake. Note the keyword: try. The fire is a bit disappointing in that it isn't quite the crackling one you'd expect, but I think it makes enough sound to add to the warm, comforting atmosphere I was aiming at.

And yes, this also means there will be a Fireside Lovecraft with Deep One Dave before winter ends. Thanks for your patience, those of you who have requested that and have been waiting for the next one.

What is ASMR?

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering and personal attention.

ASMR videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or "tingles", but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to relieve their anxiety, stress, insomnia, help those suffering with PTSD or depression, to serve as a study aid and more.
