All you need:
•Almond milk
•Turmeric
•Ashwagandha
•Whole black pepper
•Tulsi
*Fact: Turmeric is best assimilated by the body with peppercorns and tulsi*
Recipe:
Mix the dry herbs thoroughly with a manual grinder or pestle and mortar. Add the turmeric, whole black pepper, and a pinch of Ashwagandha to a glass. Pour warm almond milk and mix until the mixture dissolves. Add a few tulsi leaves on top and sip it slowly 🍃
