Описание: Highlands and Islands MSP Edward Mountain has backed calls for a fairer funding deal for social care in Scotland. Speaking on a site visit to Parklands' new Inverness care home, the MSP said: "We are underfunding the beds that are provided by the public sector. We need to make sure that it's properly funded by the government."
