ÖZELLİKLER
• Dokunmatik kontrol ekranı sayesinde ısı, üretim adedi ve makine hızı kontrol panelinden izlenebilmektedir.
• Pnömatik sistem sayesinde çene yatırma tek tuşla otomatik olarak yapılmaktadır.
• Poşet boyu operatör panelinden değiştirilebilmektedir.
• Operatör panelinden poşet boyu girilerek robotun hız ve konumu otomatik olarak ayarlanmaktadır.
• Kullanılan fotosel sensör sayesinde baskılı poşetler otomatik olarak kesme konumuna getirilir. Baskı kayması veya baskısız ürün geldiğinde makine otomatik olarak durur ve alarm vererek operatör panelinde görünür.
• Makinede 1 adet ürün bitti sensörü bulunmaktadır. Ürün bittiğinde makina alarm vererek operatör panelinde görülür.
• Çeneye poşet sıkıştığında poşet sardı alarmı verir ve makine otomatik olarak durdurulur. Operatör panelinden hata mesajı görünür.
• Kesilen ve istiflenen poşetler robot aracılığı ile taşınarak hidrolik preste boşoltması yapıldıktan sonra ürün konveyör bandına bırakılır . Kesilen fireler fire konveyör tarafından makine dışına taşınır.
• Çelik çene sistemi sayesinde Yüksek yoğunluk Polietilen (HDPE), Alçak Yoğunluk Polietilen (LDPE) ve 2. Kalite geri dönüşüm malzeme ile kalite problemi yaşanmadan kaynak imkanı sağlamaktadır.
• Top çözgüde kullanılan manyetik fren sayesinde açılan rulo aynı gerginlikte açılabilmektedir. Bu sayede makine yüksek kesim hızlarına kolaylıkla erişebilmektedir.
• Yüksek hassasiyetli kenar kontrol sistemi makinanın ana şase üst kısmına yerleştirilerek rulo yükleme yerinde daha büyük ve daha ağır rulolar bağlanabilmektedir.
• Müşteri talebine göre makina üzerine ilave opsiyonlar eklenebilmektedir.
• Üretilen tüm makinalar Avrupa Standartlarına uygun olarak imal edilerek CE belgesi bulunmaktadır.

SPECIFICATION

• Thanks to the photocell sensor used, the printed bags are brought to the cutting position automatically. When the print slip or unprinted product arrives, the machine automatically stops and alarms and appears on the operator panel.
• There is 1 product end sensor in the machine. When the product is finished, the machine gives an alarm and appears on the operator panel.
• When a bag is jammed in the jaw, it gives a baggie alarm and the machine is stopped automatically. An error message appears on the operator panel.
• The cut and stacked bags are transported by the robot and the product is left on the conveyor belt after they are emptied in the hydraulic press. The cut wastes are carried out of the machine by the fire conveyor.
• Thanks to the steel jaw system, it provides the opportunity to weld without any quality problems with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and 2nd Quality recycled materials.
• Thanks to the magnetic brake used in the ball warp, the opened roll can be opened at the same tension. In this way, the machine can easily reach high cutting speeds.
• By placing the high precision edge control system on the top of the main chassis of the machine, larger and heavier rolls can be connected at the roll loading area.
• Additional options can be added to the machine according to customer demand.
• All machines produced are manufactured in accordance with European Standards and have CE certificate.
