Описание: Really? The Yamaha Fascino is a hybrid? Well, yes. In the market today, starter-motor-generators are not uncommon. The Honda Shine SP, has one for example too. The SMGs (which doesn't mean small machine gun, thankfully) replaces the starter motor. Which, first, means the sound of the motor being cranked is gone. The engine just 'wakes' up. What Yamaha's doing is that it's using its battery to add torque to the acceleration process or in cruise, to reduce the amount of fuel the engine has to burn. To ride, it feels, goes and sounds, just like a normal petrol scooter does. You turn the throttle and it goes. And as it is with scooters, the Yamaha too is refined, reasonably quiet and very good in the city. But in the numbers you can see the jump in acceleration numbers... the Fascino is amongst the quickest in the class. And it will offer as much as 65kmpl in the real world too!
