Pittsburgh Lifeforms Percussion Sequencer Review. Test Eurorack Trigger & Audio VCA Envelopes Sequencer. Modular Synth Sequencer with Four VCAs and Four Envelopes - Clickable Index in Description.
Pittsburgh Modular Lifeforms Percussion Sequencer offers an original take on helping Eurorack Modular users creating and sequencing Eurorack Drums sounds. But looking at the specs this Lifeform sequencer should be able to offer 'sequencing' of more than just percussive patches.
The Percussion Sequencer eurorack module includes four VCAs and four Envelopes. It can be used to sequence audio signals and triggers to drive external patches.
Does it deliver as a creative sequencer tool?
Is it easy to use?
Does it work as a 'Performance' sequencer?

create a new patch “Using some of the Channels as TRIGGERS to sequence triggering of external modules”.
We will use this patch and patterns to apply Effects in next section
Envelope 1 to Trigger Hexinverter Mutant BassDrum
Envelope 2 to Trigger Hexinverter Mutant Snare
Envelope 3 to Trigger Mutable Instruments Branches
[which in turn triggers Analogue Solutions HH88 Dual HiHat]
H88 outputs go to Malekko Mix 4 then into Doepfer A-136 Distortion Waveshaper
We do not use the fourth Envelope as a Trigger.
Double Helix Oscillator - Doepfer Wasp Filter - Ch4 Audio Input on the Percussion Sequencer
But, we still make use of Envelope 4 sending it into the 1v/Oct input on the Double Helix Secondary Oscillator
