This includes creating tasks using WBS, linking tasks, time management, cost management,, resource allocation, and progress tracking utilizing MPP2024 software.

After completing this course, participants should be able to:
• Understanding various types of projects
• Create and define projects on MPP2024 software.
• Create activities of the project using the WBS technique, estimates activity duration, and establish activity dependencies.
• Setting up the project file on MPP2024 software;
• Create activities/tasks, linking them and setting the activity’s calendars & constraints.
• Assign resources to tasks, assigning overtime to work resources.
• Analyze resource utilization and leveling resources.
• Tracking the project by updating the real project schedule and actual resources, reporting progress, customize and formatting project views;
• Understanding and performing earned value analysis (EVA)
• Create project reports that analyze the project resource, task data, work and costs.
