I created this unconditional self love affirmation video because I want you to know that you are loved, you are lovable, and you deserve to be loved by YOU. The first step in changing anything in your life is to change yourself first, and the easiest way to make changes is with affirmations. Our beliefs that we hold are only a result of thoughts we have continued to think over and over until we believed them as true. Whether someone said it to us, or we repeated it to ourselves. So, it might feel weird or different repeating these affirmations over and over, especially if you have never been loving to yourself, but if you keep repeating them, eventually these words will become your new beliefs.
Learn to be more loving to yourself first, and then watch how the world around you transforms to mirror that love right back to you in every person and situation you come to.
