Infodemic refers to “an over-abundance of information—some accurate and some not—rendering it difficult to find trustworthy sources of information and reliable guidance.” What’s in common between epidemics and infodemics? It’s the infrastructure that allows the spread of diseases and information. And this infrastructure is the network.
