823/824 only replaced 129/130 past 11pm, when most of us were already getting ready for bed, preparing for school or work the next day.

Therefore only 1 or 2 enthusiasts managed to catch its Late Night debut, then filmed videos of it for their friends to post on their YouTube channels.

Although 823/824 was deployed as TRN 101 as well, it was deployed behind 101 077/078, started service at [CG] Tanah Merah and DID NOT replace any of the trains running on the line this morning, meaning that the other two KHI C151 trains were still running as per normal while the R151 was on the line.

Personal opinion - although the ride was really smooth and rather quiet on the CGL inside the R151, I felt that riding C151B 685/686 on 21 May 2024 on the CGL was way more thrilling and exciting than this R151.
