Fox video's supposedly "re-cut" color version of the pilot on the Season 4, Vol. 1 set was to my understanding supposed to restore the original opening titles, replacing the second season opening that was previously inserted for God knows what reason.
Here are the original titles as they appeared on the Columbia House videos from not too many years ago. I also have an off-air recording from the mid-1980's which is identical. So what's the deal with the DVD's?
