Cinnamon Raisin Protein Bites
Macros per bite:
125 calories, 15 carbs, 10 protein, 3 fat

Ingredients:
3 cups oatmeal
6 scoops protein powder (vanilla flavor suggested
5 tablespoons peanut butter (cinnamon raisin flavor suggested)
1 cup almond mlk
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions: Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir. If needed, add a little water to help with mixing. The goal here is to keep the mix as dry as possible. If you add too much water you won't be able to form these into bars or bites. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, make small size bites or bars on tin foil. With the amounts shown I was able to make 18 bites. Once done, place in refrigerator for 30-45 minute or until firm.
