Seeing as it boasts over 1000 boulder problems and pristine winter conditions, we couldn't resist a visit and were lucky enough to have climbing legend and author of the guidebook Christian Core show us around Varazze's best areas, some of which have been newly developed in recent weeks. Now THAT'S fresh.
