HarbourFront is another shopping centre and is located next to and adjoining VivoCity. Walking from VIVO to HarbourFront Centre is easy, so easy that on two floors you don't even know the difference.
The shops here are cheaper than VivoCity, more of a no name cheap shopping version than VivoCity's brand version.
