Over the last 2 decades Nairobi and its outskirts have seen a boom in real estate development. A lot of foreign investors have set up camp in Kenya's capital to get a piece of the skyline pie. Chinese construction firm Wu Yi is arguably a leading force in the industry, with billions of dollars of tenders for major highways and government buildings under its belt. But they are not the only Chinese firm in town. CGTN's Alexandria Majalla set out to find out what the attraction is.
