TTK 1000 is a thermal break profile production line that can produce up to 110 bars/h.
The presence of motorized traslation between the two knurling machines and the unloading magazine downstream of the roll-forming allow minimizing the manual handling of profiles required of operators.
The proposed layout minimizes the space required while optimizing the manpower resources required for continuous plant operation. Line for medium to high production with 3 operators recommended.
