Members of Congress have formally put the Department of Justice on notice over the National Firearms Act.

In this video, I read the official signed letter sent to Attorney General Pam Bondi, in which lawmakers make it clear that once Congress eliminated NFA taxes under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the constitutional justification for NFA registration collapsed with it.

This document directly challenges the DOJ’s position in ongoing litigation and raises serious questions about executive overreach, unlawful gun registration, and the future of the NFA.
