Hey Friends!
I finally uploaded another flexibility video, and by popular demand it is a middle split how-to!
I am going to be transparent: middle splits are TOUGH!!!
And this isn't a miracle video. Depending on where you're at (injuries, hip issues, and how long you've been practicing) will determine how far these instructions will take you. And more importantly, how consistently you train. I would say to work on your middle splits at LEAST 3 days out of the week. Ideally I would do 5.
