My ‘Alternative’ Keiser M3i Bluetooth converters can also provide ANT+ as well as Bluetooth for apps like Zwift and Peloton.
Here’s how simple it is to setup up with Multisport garmin watches - this only needs doing once, then next time you use the indoor bike profile it’ll automatically connect and record your bike stats - Power, cadence, speed and distance all exported to Garmin connect at the end of your ride.

PLEASE NOTE - You need the K2pi +, the PRO or PRO/m for the converter to have ANT+ for this setup to work (standard K2pi will only do Bluetooth for apps), you also need a Keiser M3i bike, (will not work with Keiser m3 unless you have the DP-cycling Bluetooth adapter installed as well)
