Anyone who's in the market for a new car knows there is no shortage of brands along the Carlisle Pike in Cumberland County.
But just off the Pike, lies a treasure trove of the most well-known names in the auto world.
"It took us several years to get them cleaned and reframed, and these are the original Melbourne Brindle paintings," said Sarah Holibaugh as she walked around a room filled with paintings.
She is surrounded by works of art, whether it's on a white wall or on white wall tires.
"There's something pretty exceptional happening in their own backyard, and they have probably no clue that we're here. You drive in, you see this kind of weird warehouse-looking place, and you're like, 'What in the world?' claimed Holibaugh. "But we are one of the only research centers in the world with these exceptional cars. "I mean, these are drivable art, and what we are doing to preserve their history and preserve their livelihood is something pretty exceptional."
