In this second episode of our "Learn to Read Biblical Hebrew" course, we introduce a two-fold mystery.

Firstly, the Ancient Hebrew Language is the first (no, the ONLY!) of all the ancient Middle-Eastern languages that had been revived, thanks to the incredible devotion of a Jewish scholar called, Eliezer Ben Yehuda. See:    • How Hebrew Saved the Jewish People | Insig...  

Secondly, we introduce the complexity-cum-enigma of the 'two scripts' - the Ancient Pictographic Script (which scholars believe was mostly influenced by the sea-faring Phoenicians), and secondly the modern-day Assyrian Script (also known as the Babylonian "Flame Script") which replaced the Pictographic script during the time of the Jewish Exile to Babylon (circa 586 B.C. to 522 B.C.)
