The small angle neutron scattering facility SANS-I at the spallation neutron source SINQ at PSI is suited for a wide range of scientific applications from the fields of fundamental physics, solid state physics, chemistry, materials or life sciences. In particular the use of magnetic fields at the sample position plays an important role for many applications.
