Описание: Even though I can think of many ways that Mineru could be improved or buffed (including allowing sages to be permanently upgraded more than once), I am in the minority that actually enjoys combat with Mineru, particularly one-on-one "Kaiju" battles against larger enemies. (This could also be because I find vanilla combat with Link relatively boring and, due to TotK's limited enemy variety, repetitive.)

Here is a compilation of TotK's Kaiju battles with Mineru (excluding Hinox because it is too pathetically weak to include and Molduga because I always defeat Molduga with Yunobo only). Timestamps below:

0:00 Talus
Not all Taluses have exposed weak points within range of Mineru's arms, but if they do... Oh, boy. These sightless, sluggish monsters don't stand a chance. (Circling around Talus also reminds me of grabbing Bowser's tail in Super Mario 64.)

1:22 Frox
Frox appears to have been specifically designed with Mineru in mind. Even without dismounting for free access to bullet time, Mineru's immunity to gloom, heavy weight that prevents Frox from sucking her in, tall height with clear line of sight to Frox's eye, and ability to damage multiple ore deposits simultaneously turn the tables on this once-fearsome creature. (Pro tip: You actually don't want to use a Lynel Bow for Frox's eye, due to the arched trajectory of its shot.)

2:36 Flux Construct
Although it will regenerate, Mineru can simply fuse Flux Construct's body parts out of existence. Neato. (Rocketing up to Flux Construct III when it enters flying mode is done for style, but a couple of ranged shots from a cannon would work just as well here.)

5:45 Gleeok
Even without abusing infinite free access to bullet time from Mineru's shoulders to completely cheese this dragon, Mineru is more effective against Gleeok than you might assume. Her weight means that she won't be blown around by Gleook quite as frivolously as Link (who gets ragdolled), while her longer arms and wider window to parry enemy attacks is extremely helpful with Gleook's projectiles. Notably, Mineru is so tall that Gleeok's three heads are actually within melee range.

8:31 Mucktorok
Mucktorok is a damage sponge, and playing as Mineru only exacerbates this issue. That said, without the Water Temple's low gravity nerf, there is utility in having a sage with far-reaching arms (substituted for a Zora spear), the ability to run across Mucktorok's sludge without getting stuck or slowing down, and (of course) free access to bullet time (when the imp tries to flee).

13:38 Seized Construct
Mineru's temple boss is an outstanding take on "Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots," and probably my favorite temple boss after Colgera. Repeatedly smacking the Seized Construct into an electrified fence is just fun, y'know? (For the version of the Seized Construct encountered in the main story, Mineru is required.)
