Nitrogen Foam Inerting Service

Описание: Nitrogen foam inerting is a time-efficient & cost-effective method to LEL-free piping systems and tanks. It is used to blanket hydrocarbon liquids thus suppressing the release of volatile hazardous gases.

This approach is particularly helpful to enable hot work on systems that cannot or have not been drained and/or cleaned. It saves clients time and money by eliminating the need for cleaning and waste disposal.

In some cases, clients spend days attempting to achieve safe LEL levels by nitrogen purging alone. On a recent project, TES applied a nitrogen foam blanket achieving safe working conditions in 15 minutes.
