This simple training strategy with a play-based approach for children (3-8 years old), works great for future versatile athletes. They learn body movements and coordination by improving their motor skills. Basically, this system builds the foundation of all kinds of sports.
The integration between body and nervous system (neuromuscular control) for young athletes will make them stronger for any kind of sport-specific skills in the future. Children can transfer these skills to any sports and become more advanced in different sports.
That's why brain training is one of the most important things to learn in early childhood education. Remember, the brain is the conductor and the body is the orchestra!🧠
