According to Sandra Weaver, it is the spiritual eye that seeks to see and know the truth in all things and that from the sixth of the seven chakra symbols we close our physical eyes and look at the world from all aspects of self. Our intuition becomes our guide.

The power to perceive every reflection from the outer world is given to us by a healthy third eye, as a direct call for us to to accept it as ours, heal and love it.

In the article "The Seven Chakra Symbols and Their Meaning" Sandra Weaver also explains that "Blocks in this chakra cause us to become delusional, unimaginative, indifferent and to have poor memories. Worry is a big problem, spaced-out, and poor concentration also plague a person with a sick third eye chakra."

The author also refers the healthy issues associated with this Chakra: headaches, eye problems, pituitary and pineal glands, neurological problems.

So you can meditate on this chakra Sandra Weaver suggests you ask yourself the following questions:

Do you trust your intuition?
Can you let your imagination soar and visualize?
Do you constantly justify and give reasons for acting without love?
Do you have "insight" as to what’s happening in any situation?
Do you have difficulty concentrating?
Health issues: headaches, eye problems, pituitary and pineal glands, neurological problems.
