THE 3 RULES Rule 1
Speak Before You Think Every morning, talk to yourself in English for 10 minutes. No preparation. No perfect grammar. Just speak. Rule 2 — Steal Like a Speaker Pick a short English video. Watch it. Then pause. Repeat every sentence — same voice, same rhythm. This is called Shadowing. It works. Rule 3 — Replace, Don't Translate Stop thinking in your own language first. Force your brain to find the English word directly. This is the hardest rule — and the most powerful.
