Our body is constantly giving us signs and symptoms to guide us towards stronger health, a calmer mind and a happier life. We just need to ensure we listen to our body when it talks to us!

These 5 simple ways will help you catch the subtle symptoms of any underlying imbalance/problem - and treat it before it goes out of hand.

Besides any change in the digestion, body aches and evident discomforts in the body, our body sends out signs right at the very beginning of any kind of disturbance.

A few of these signs are -
1. Observe Cravings - when there is a steady pattern of the same kind of craving over a period of time, then obviously it's a sign of some kind of imbalance in nutrition/hormones/thought process or even sleep.
2. Reactions and mood-swings - passive aggression and unstable mood swings are sure shot signs of disturbed inner balance.
3. First 10 minutes of the day - right after waking up, in the first 10-15 minutes our body gives out the maximum signs. We often ignore them because we're focused at the day ahead of us. Observe the exact feelings and sensations you feel in your body and mind at this time.
4. After meal symptoms - within 1-2 hours of consuming any food/drink, our body informs us whether or not what we had was good for us.
5. Solitude - if we avoid sitting alone by ourselves then that's a big sign of some emotional distress/problem we're trying to avoid. Because if we cannot sit alone with our own selves then why would anyone else enjoy our company? Besides, evading introspection only leads to bigger problems in life.
