In this video I am going to be talking about how to reduce lash application time.

A great way to help speed up the lashing process is to let your clients know ahead of time what they can be doing before their appointment. You can do this by sending out an auto-mated text/msg before their appointment with some pre-care instructions.

Here is are 4 pre-care tips to share with your clients for their appointments:

💕 Show up make up free

💕 Clean lashes with oil-free cleanser
It's always a good idea to give new clients a lash bath before prepping and priming their lashes to ensure lashes are makeup free for the best retentions.

💕 Take is easy on the caffeine
Too much caffeine can cause jitters and fluttering eyes during the appointment which make the lash application more difficult.

💕 Avoid interruptions during the appointment
No texts or phone calls, aside from emergencies.

💕 Use the washroom beforehand
Bathroom breaks add soooo much time to the lashing process.

💕 Follow aftercare and maintenance
Book fills every 2-3 weeks.
Take care of lashes between fills. That means:
Washing lashes regularly with an oil-free gentle cleanser,
Combing lashes
Sleeping on a satin/silk pillow case
Not picking or pulling on lashes
Rinsing lashes after swimming in salt or chlorine water
All these aftercare instructions will help decrease lash times by keeping lashes healthy and intact.
