Описание: On March 5th, the Center for Humanitarian Health and the Center for Public Health and Human Rights hosted a webinar to discuss the severe restrictions on refugee admissions. In recent years questions were raised about the moral basis for determining the number of refugees admitted to the United States as well as policy and practical questions concerning those decisions. As the refugee admissions process is about to go through additional major changes, this panel will discuss the results of a study that examined varied moral theories on refugee admissions as well as insights from individuals with long involvement in refugee policy and admissions from refugee organizations, think tanks, and government.
