Application of Texture:
Apply one coat of Quartz Base Fine tinted to match the colour of the top coat on a premiered surface with the brush.
Dilute with 10 to 15% potable water if required for workability.
Allow surface to dry for 7 to 8 hours before proceeding.
Add 25 to 35% portable water and stainer to Modera lime top coat powder to achieve a smooth trowel able paste.
Add Leveller to the paste and mix well before use.
Apply the first coat evenly and smoothen the surface with a Aarka trowel.
Allow to dry for 1 to 2 hours.
Apply thin second coat evenly when the first coat is touch to dry and smoothen the surface with a Aarka trowel. Do not burnish the surface.
Allow to dry for 12 to 14 hrs hours depending on weather conditions.
Once completely dried sand the surface with 220 girt paper and clean the surface with dry cloth.
Apply two coats of Aarka Protective coat Matt diluted 100% with water using a Thread and foam Rollers.
Allow 10 to12 hours drying between coats for optimal protection
