Police in Kansas City have received the toxicology reports for three men who were found dead in the backyard of their friend’s home, and according to family sources, the results show traces of cocaine and fentanyl in the men’s systems. Malik Jackson, a reporter with NewsNation affiliate WDAF, says the deaths have raised concerns about fentanyl in the city, where two overdoses were reported Thursday.
