The Masjid is located in Blackburn, Lancashire which is an industrial town near Manchester with a Muslim population exceeding 35,000. This represents over 20% of the total population in the town. The town has many Masjids, Madrasahs, Islamic scholars, and Hafizul-Quran, and by the grace of Almighty Allah has earned a reputation as a major influential community in the UK.
