HOW TO ANSWER TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?

This question is to check if you have the right attitude towards this job or not or to understand how well you can succeed in that role.
Take a note of the required skills that you have, and identify recent stories that demonstrate them. Then, explain how you are taking on more responsibilities in your current position.
You may mention hobbies that demonstrate intellectual development and/or community engagement.
After sharing a few interesting personal aspects of your background, you can share some key professional skills.
HOW NOT TO ANSWER TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?
You should avoid talking too much about family responsibilities or hobbies that might make your interviewer think, whether you could commit yourself 100% to the job.
Be ready to share few personal qualities, skills, and/or areas of expertise which would help you to excel in the job for which you are interviewing.
It's important to avoid any references to topics that would cause concern about your ethics, character, productivity, or work ethic.
It's better not to mention your involvement in politics unless you are interviewing for a political job.
